I’ve been working as a personal trainer for over 10 years, and it STILL doesn’t feel like a job. I’ve learnt so much about what does and doesn’t work for my clients. It's not a case of one size fits all, but about what size fits you.
I help my clients by giving them the knowledge and the confidence in their training that they need to not only reach their goals but reach them faster!!
